1. Agreement to Terms
By using our laundry reservation application (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. We may modify these terms at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting the modified terms.
2. The Service
Quicklean provides an online platform for booking laundry machines. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the Service.
3. User Accounts
To use certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.
4. Bookings and Cancellations
All bookings are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule bookings at our discretion. If you wish to cancel a booking, you must do so in accordance with our cancellation policy, which will be specified at the time of booking.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Quicklean, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
